First Time Visitor Requirements:
As a first-time visitor to our Pantry, you are required to bring the following documentation to ensure your eligible to receive assistance from our Pantry.
Photo ID
Proof of Residency
Each pantry is organized to serve the local community in which they reside. We serve the Fairfield/Fairfield Twp area - those areas that are within the Fairfield School District that reside in zip codes 45014, 45015, 45011, and 45013. Residency can be proven with one of the following items:
Recent utility bill, phone bill, water bill or cable bill. Please note: the name on the bill must match that on your photo ID
An official letter addressed to you from an agency on their official stationary. The address on the bill/letter must be within the Fairfield School District.
During Your Visit
When you visit the Pantry, you will be provided a Pantry Kit, consisting of:
An emergency supply of food (based on family size)
Toiletries and personal care items, as available
Counter Items (special care items)
Helpful information on available programs and resources to help with your specific needs
** Please note that proof of residency will be required during each visit. This can be an ID with current address or an official piece of mail (cable, electric, or water bill, mortgage or bank statement, etc…) with a current name and address listed.
Here is a list of resources and programs available to Butler County families. We will update as additional services are provided.
Frequency of Support
At this time, patrons are permitted to receive assistance from the Fairfield Food Pantry once per calendar month. We do not count days between visits, only the month of the visit.
